Amy Gibson

Amy is a passionate designer, writer, and instructor. An insatiable crafter since birth, she learned to sew as a young girl in 4-H, and has been addicted to fabric ever since. Amy is the author of The Quilt Block Cookbook (2016) and For Keeps: Meaningful Patchwork for Everyday Living (2015), and her design work can also be seen in the Denver Art Museum, along with a myriad of magazines. She loves to teach, and was nominated for the 2014 Instructor of the Year by the International Association of Creative Arts Professionals. Amy lives in Denver with her husband, their delightfully devious twin preschool boys, two beautiful daughters, a rambunctious Husky and her fluffy feline photo assistant, Miss Adelaide. The secret to squeezing it all in? She isn't sure, but suspects it probably lies somewhere between an incredibly supportive husband, faith, and good coffee.
