Under Directions: Point 1. Sew 31704-5 green 1 ½â€ x 7 ½â€ strips to the top and bottom of 31700-3 cream 7 ½â€ (NOT 9 ½â€) squares. Sew 31704-5 green 1 ½â€ x 9 ½â€ (NOT 7 ½â€) strips to each side. Set Aside.

Point 2. For saw tooth border - with right sides together place one 31701-4 red (NOT 31704-4)
